This could be the result of particular student requests, or even changes in the home set-up of the host family (if, for example, they are renovating and will have one or more less available rooms for a period of time), to mention just a few examples. Automatic Matching 

Yup, it’s just like a dating app (only more accurate)! The moment a student or an agent enters the accommodation requirement into the booking form, the Intrinsiq system fishes out the host families that match those requirements; be it dietary requirements, or room requirements, or periodical requirements (i.e. specific dates)...and bammm that’s a match. 

The good thing about automated matching is that it saves members of staff a lot of time contacting host families and receiving negative replies for whatever reason that might be. The system is constantly and automatically updated with the host family’s information and when the member of staff searches for a specific week (or weeks) with specific requirements, the system only brings up those host families which match the student’s wishes.

Thanks to the Intrinsiq system, the host families can log in and mark the days they will be on holiday or cannot host. They can even mark off one of their rooms as not being available, if for example, they need to do maintenance on it at a certain time.

Confirmation at the click of a button!

Once the student is allocated to a particular family, the Intrinsiq system automatically sends off a notification to the family at the click of a button. That way the family receives the student info and also confirms the booking.
